You will note a unifying theme in Economic Development and Technology Development.  Fiedler and Franklin previously practiced law together, both working on the development of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, and the Michigan Biotechnology Institute.  Fiedler went on to focus his practice in complex business transactions involving tax credits and other economic development incentives. Franklin went on to focus on intellectual property protection for start-ups and established corporations launching new business ideas.  We are coming back together to offer businesses broad coverage for their legal affairs.
